Trostrum ("we", "our", or "us") operates the website at trostrum.com, the Orbit restaurant management platform at orbit.trostrum.com, the Khareed Android application, and the Legocraft Minecraft network. This page sets out the Terms of Service for all of these products. Please read the relevant section for the product you are using.

1. Trostrum Website
Acceptance of Terms
By visiting, browsing, or using any part of this website, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age and accept these Terms of Service in full. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access the site.
No Data Collection
Trostrum does not collect, store, or process any personal data from visitors to this website. We do not operate user accounts, registration forms, or any data-submission mechanism that retains personal information on our servers.
Third-party services (such as Google AdSense) embedded on this website may independently collect limited technical data as described in our Privacy Policy.
No Use of Visitor Data for AI or Automated Profiling
Trostrum explicitly commits to the following:

2. Khareed App
These terms apply to users of the Khareed Android application.
Acceptance
By downloading, installing, or using the Khareed app, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please uninstall the app.
Use of the App
You may use Khareed for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:
- Submit false, misleading, or fabricated price data.
- Attempt to manipulate leaderboard standings or achievements through automated submissions.
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify the app.
- Use the app to scrape or aggregate data for commercial purposes without permission.
Community-Submitted Data
Price reports submitted by users are reviewed by moderators before being made publicly visible. We reserve the right to reject, remove, or correct any submitted data. Submitted data may be retained in anonymized form even after account deletion, as it forms part of the shared public price database.
Disclaimer
Price data in Khareed is sourced from DC rate sheets, the Punjab PSBA portal, and community submissions. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or real-time correctness of any listed price. Do not rely solely on Khareed data for commercial decisions.
3. Orbit — Restaurant Management Platform
These terms apply to users and subscribers of the Orbit cloud platform at orbit.trostrum.com. Orbit is owned and operated by TROSTRUM TRADERS & COMMISSION AGENT, registered in Peshawar, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Pakistan.
Acceptance & Eligibility
By visiting the Orbit site and/or purchasing a subscription, you engage in our "Service" and agree to be bound by these terms, including the additional terms and policies referenced herein. You represent that you are of legal age to form a binding contract and are not barred from receiving products and services under the laws of Pakistan. Each time you use the Service or make a payment, you agree to the latest version of these terms.
Description of Service
Orbit is a cloud-based restaurant management platform ("SaaS") that provides order management, inventory tracking, staff management, AI-powered insights, customer relationship tools, and other restaurant operations features. Access is provided on a monthly subscription basis across multiple plan tiers (Free, Starter, Growth, and Enterprise). Details of each plan, including pricing and features, are displayed on the Orbit website.
Acceptable Use
You are prohibited from using the platform or its content for any unlawful purpose. You specifically agree not to:
- Violate any international, federal, provincial, or local laws, regulations, or rules;
- Infringe upon our intellectual property rights or those of others;
- Harass, abuse, defame, intimidate, or discriminate against any person;
- Submit false or misleading information;
- Upload or transmit viruses or any malicious code, or otherwise interfere with or circumvent the security features of the Service;
- Collect or track the personal information of others, or spam, phish, spider, crawl, or scrape the platform.
We reserve the right to terminate your use of the Service for violating any of the prohibited uses.
Subscriptions & Payments
- Access to premium features requires a paid monthly subscription. Subscription fees are charged in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and billed monthly.
- Payments are processed through SafePay, a payment gateway authorized by the State Bank of Pakistan. By making a payment you also agree to SafePay's terms of service.
- We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with 30 days advance notice. Existing subscriptions are honored at their current rate until the end of the billing cycle.
- If payment fails or a subscription lapses, your account is downgraded to the Free plan. Your data is retained for 90 days, after which it may be permanently deleted.
- Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Refund, Cancellation & Complaints Policy.
Intellectual Property
The Orbit platform and its related software and content (including images and designs) are the intellectual property of and exclusively owned by TROSTRUM TRADERS & COMMISSION AGENT. The structure, organization, and code contain valuable trade secrets and confidential information. Except as expressly stated, these terms do not grant you any intellectual property rights in the platform, and all rights are reserved.
Indemnity & Limitation of Liability
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TROSTRUM TRADERS & COMMISSION AGENT and its affiliates, officers, agents, and employees from any claim or demand arising out of your breach of these terms or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.
The Service is provided without warranty as to the accuracy, timeliness, performance, completeness, or suitability of the information and materials offered. Your use of the platform is entirely at your own risk. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. In no event shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
Termination
We may change or terminate your access to the Service, with or without notice, at any time, without liability, if you have provided false or misleading registration information, interfered with other users or the administration of the Service, upon request by law enforcement or governmental authorities, or otherwise violated these terms.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. You agree that the courts of Peshawar (including any consumer court) will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute you have with us in connection with Orbit. If any portion of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining portions remain in full force and effect.
4. Legocraft Minecraft Network
These terms apply to players who connect to the Legocraft network (legocraft.trostrum.com, play.legocraft.net) and its associated Discord servers.
Acceptance
By connecting to the Legocraft network or joining its Discord servers, you agree to these terms in full. If you do not agree, disconnect immediately.
Server Rules and Conduct
- No Cheating: The use of hacked clients, x-ray texture packs, macro scripts, or any unauthorized third-party modifications that provide an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited.
- No Exploits: Abusing server bugs, duplication glitches, or economy exploits will result in a permanent ban and a complete wipe of your player data. Report bugs — do not exploit them.
- Behavior: Toxicity, doxxing, DDoS threats, and severe harassment will not be tolerated. Keep geopolitical and religious arguments out of global chat.
- Admin Authority: The Sys-admin and moderation team have the final say on all moderation decisions. No explanation is owed for moderation actions taken.
Purchases and Donations
- All purchases made on the Legocraft store for ranks, cosmetics, or virtual items are final and non-refundable.
- Initiating a chargeback or opening a PayPal/bank dispute will result in an immediate, permanent, unappealable blacklist from the entire network.
- Virtual items have no real-world monetary value. You are paying for a digital perk, not a physical asset.
- We reserve the right to modify, wipe, or alter ranks and server economies during seasonal resets.
Account Liability
You are fully responsible for your own Minecraft and Discord accounts. Claiming that another person used your account to cheat is not a valid basis for a ban appeal. Keep your credentials secure.
Service Availability
Legocraft is provided "as is." While we strive for high uptime and performance, we make no guarantee of uninterrupted service, data retention, or server permanence. We reserve the right to shut down, wipe, or modify the server at any time without prior notice.
